Events

Throughout the year, Boyer Nurseries & Orchards holds many events. Pick-Your-Own Cherries begins our events in June and events go until December with our Holiday Open Houses. Stay up to date on all our events and don’t miss a chance to visit our Farm!

Pick-Your-Own

Our event season kicks off with Pick-Your-Own Cherries in June and ends in October with apples! Our cherry selection includes tart and sweet cherries – perfect to enjoy alone or in your favorite pie recipe! Our apple varieties include all the favorites like Honey Crisp and Golden Delicious. More information about our Pick-Your-Own options can be found here

Holiday Open House

When the holiday season rolls around, join us at Boyer Nurseries for our Holiday Open House! We offer fresh cut holly and greens that add the perfect touch to your décor. Our gift selections include Boyer gift certificates, statuary, books, and Rowe pottery. We also can send gift baskets that include our fresh apples and selections of jams.

While you’re enjoying the Boyer Christmas spirit, enjoy a cup of fresh mulled cider and refreshments. Santa Claus makes an appearance so your kids can be sure he hears their full wish list.

Bring in the Christmas spirit at Boyer Nurseries & Orchards!

Farmers' Markets

Boyer Nurseries & Orchards participates in many of our local area’s Farmers’ Markets. From May to October, you can find us with Adams County Farm Fresh Markets at the Gettysburg Transit Center. We bring our best selection of in season fruit, as well as jams and vegetables from our Farm.

Apple Harvest Festival

The National Apple Harvest Festival draws people from all over our nation. It’s two weekends full of craft vendors, car shows, and delicious apple treats.

Boyer Nurseries is just down the road ready to welcome you to our Farm! We offer free entertainment, as well as free cider and apple samples. The barn is stocked with our fresh fruit, pears, pumpkins, and so much more! When you visit the National Apple Harvest Festival, be sure to stop in down the road at Boyers!
